Bipoint SRL is a toolshop specialized in aesthetic components as light units and car interior allowing our group to transfer our knowledge to several markets.
Bipoint Srl produces plastic injection and die casting molds: prototype and serial molds (about 1.200 x 1.200 mm) both one and two component molds with rotating, sandwich, cavity translation and innovative contoured temperature control technology (‘Contura-MTC’ GmbH).
The main processes are performed internally: engineering, production, try-outs and aftermarket.
The ongoing quest for perfection and the study of the manufacturing processes on different kind of steel allow us to get high quality and precision works and finishing.
The toolshop is equipped with 5-achses machining centers, EDM and wire EDM machines and with a FCS centering system to optimize working precision.
